Refund Policy
Here at Subcity Audio Ltd, we want you to be confident in your purchase. The following returns policy applies to all customers.
1. Defective or Damaged Goods
If an item arrives defective or damaged, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery.
We may arrange for inspection and, where appropriate, issue a replacement or refund.
2. Change of Mind Returns
If we accept a return for non-defective goods :

The goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery

A 10% restocking fee will apply

The goods must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition

Freight charges are non-refundable

Return freight is the customer’s responsibility
3. Exclusions
We cannot accept returns of:

Special-order or custom-fabricated goods

Items returned outside the 14-day window

Goods that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery

5. Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, where applicable. However,
if you are acquiring goods or services for the purpose of a business, you agree that the Act does not apply.
