We currently deliver all products within New Zealand. International shipping may be available depending on the products required and will be handled on a case‑by‑case basis.

For in‑stock items, the order cut‑off time is 2:00pm, and the handling time is 1 business day (Mon–Fri). Transit times are typically 2–4 business days for New Zealand addresses. For international orders, please allow up to 30 days for delivery.

For pre‑order items, lead times range from 4–6 weeks, depending on the product. We will do our best to keep you updated with any information relating to your order.

 

Shipping rates for most items we sell are weight‑based. The weight of each item can be found in the shipping information section on its product page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights are rounded up to the next full kilogram.

Some products have shipping rates based on box volume. This typically applies when an item has low weight but high box volume. This is again in line with the policies of the shipping companies we use.
