We can only ship HOQS Drivers and accessories to addresses within New Zealand however merch sales will be available for internation shipping. When you place an order for an in-stock item, we will estimate shipping and delivery times to be 3 - 5 business days for a New Zealand address.

For international orders, please allow up to 30 days for delivery.

When placing an order for a pre-order item, lead time will range from 30 – 40 days depending on the item. We will do our best to keep you up to date with any information relating to your order.

The shipping rates for most of the items that we sell are all weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on shipping information section of each product page.

To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.

There are a few products where the shipping rate is based of box volume. This typically happens when the has low weight but high box volume. This is again to a line with the shipping companies that we use.
